Since moving to Texas 12 years ago I have naturally learned many things about it that I never knew before.  Now that I have read that article I know eight more “things” and, further, am shocked by the obvious omissions.

 

BBQ beef brisket is not an “Official Texas Food”!

Nor are Frito Pie, Dublin Dr. Pepper, Kolache, or Chicken Fried Steak!

 

Clearly, we have some room to grow. [;)]
