The list makers think Cincinnati is southeast. In real southeastern Ohio, Gallipolis, the chili is made with sausage from Bob Evans’ farm in Rio Grande and thickened with Jewel Evans’ stone ground corn flour.

 

Thats just Gallipolean meat sauce
