I sell these in my place and it’s the one item I can never get a handle on. One day we may cook 10 and not sell any and the next we cook 10 and could have sold 50. Also, I don’t limit it to just beef. We have several around that love turkey or pulled pork with theirs. It’s been rumored that some places actually have you call in that morning and reserve your potato. We sometimes get those calls.
