I like a little smoked corn as well. I don’t use my smoker for this though. I just put chips in a smoker box in my grill. I do this for two reasons. I don’t want it too smokey and I want it to cook a bit quicker. To be honest I rarely smoke corn though, I porefer it grilled with no smoke flavor. Then rubbed with a nice butter, garlic and cilantro mixture.
