YUM Corporation will expand its ‘No Smoking’ in any company office or store to ALL of it’s brands. It has already done this to Taco Bell and A&W, Now Pizza Hut, KFC and Long John Silvers will be included. Franchise stores will be ‘encouraged’ to join the company stores in banning the smoking in any of their stores also.

Now that Brown and Williamson has departed from the Louisville labor market the anti-smoking group has gained a real hold on the changes in the law developing here. As a non-smoker I find this an interesting change in the pattern of the politics of the region. One would not have heard a squeek about forbidding smoking in a public place in the city 5 years ago.
