Thanks for the suggestions, I’m working in a small Thai/sushi restaurant at the moment, learning sushi since there aren’t many really good sushi places in Texas I thought about opening one when I learned the trade, however I know the place I’m looking at doesn’t have the facilities for a sushi bar, I think the "1 ingredient restaurant" is a really neat idea.
Since my true passion is for chocolates and sweets perhaps I could do something along those lines? I do love a good truffle [:D]
