why not just leave the skins on the potato? thats the way god meant for it. another suggestion, for anyone…. instead of serving fries, how about "baked potato steaks" huge steakfry size slices of skin-on potato seasoned, and toasted in a toaster oven, and served with sour creme and chives. heres on for the hotdog vendors. this is for the low carb group. left over hotdog salad. yea, a tossed salad, just like a chef salad, but with cold hotdog slices. i bet if you serve it up with some honey mustard, or tomato vinegrett. man, that is da bomb. (pesonally, i like cold left over dogs)
