I love to fish besides my love for food.
Walleye, perch, pike,etc the fresh water species normally, is what I fish for.
That McCormick’s recipe sounds like a good one. Never seen it before and I am a fan of McCormick seasoning.

I have tried all of Emeril’s recipes and although I like them, they are just a little off, what I am looking for.
I use his Essence frequently. I play around with trying to improve seasoning recipes, this one, I believe I was successful at least to my tastes, but not for seafood.
