Right on, RubyRose. My seasoning for most shellfish would also be Old Bay. For salmon, I’d also use a subtle seasoning. If it’s something fried like cod or catfish, I’ll give a kick with Mystery Seasoning or something similar. Don’t know why, but I get real bold with the fried stuff.
