Good ideas Rusty and Don, thanks! I might could do both? Steam more shrinp, cook the corn and taters, and then make some gumbo with the juice?
I cook sand bass or catfish, soaked in olive oil, seasoned w/ cavenders, thrown in a hot pan, and topped with butter after it was done. It’s good.
That baked snapper sounds simple and good also!
