I will try beer next time Lexi. I always have some cheep beer scatered around here somewhere. And good tip on the undercook deal! I did that by accadent yesterday. My taster bite was a bit undercooked but by the time served it… it was just right.

Rusty, hmmm… I could steame some mud bugs in that shrimp juice! To serve w/ those taters and corn. Might that be a new dish? Shrimp steamed crawfish? Hmm, should I steam the corn and taters?

Don, how do you do that BBQ shrimp?
