It is indeed opulent…..chandeliers, art work, beautiful wood, gold leaf, she’s a real beauty. The one and only reason that there is opposition is that a $2 million bond will raise everyone’s property taxes. Except for that, there’s probably not one person in Anchorage that wants to see anything change the 4th Ave. Theater.
