#2, If you want to try different flavors … rinse the curd under warm water (then gently squeeze out the excess moisture) and apply your own dressing! Be creative,
the curd will absorb almost any dressing you can dream up.
I tried a little bottled cucumber salad dressing …. (AWESOME!) [:p]
