Most likely they are Sabrett buns, with the name of Marathon Baking Corporation printed on the bottom of the box. You see buns stacked like that in the Gray’s Papaya and Papaya King restaurants in Manhattan. If there was meat in those cartons, you would see the USDA plant number printed on the outside of the cardboard box.
