I remember going to your place! One of the guys from Connecticut, Longdog, took me around to a bunch of places that day. The natural casing Hummels were delicious deep fried, then finished off on the griddle. The chili was the hottest chili I’ve ever had. Too hot for my taste. I remember the warning sign you had up. I forget which location we visited. But I’m up for a return trip.
