If you like good pie, check out the pie at the Midpoint Cafe in Adrian, Texas. They have terrific food as well as their desserts. They are located just off I-40 W. on the old Rte 66. There is a sign in front of the cafe stating that they are exactly 1/2 way between Chicago and California. I have eaten there several times.
