I don’t think the cut matters as much as much as how it’s sliced. You can use almost any cut as long as it’s sliced VERY thin, almost shaved. You can eat shoe leather if it’s sliced thin.
Also, I’ve had Pot Roast Sandwiches that were shredded with a little BBQ Sauce that were excellent.[:p][;)][8D]
