I usually put about an inch of water in the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole, cover and bake them (baby back ribs) real low about 250 degrees for about 2 1/2 – 3 hours, then remove them to a hot grill and start basting them with the bbq sauce. They just fall off the bone and are so moist and tender.
