I had no idea it was a commercial operation, I thought it was just a residence. At one time I worked on the corner of Clybourn and Racine for a shady architect. I used to ride my motorcycle down Clybourn all the time, but never noticed a BBQ joint.

For lunch, we’d either walk a block to Sammy’s (radiation shack…our name for it)for a deli sandwich or a radiated tamale, or we’d splurge at the Persian Terrace (they changed the name after the hostage crisis).
