We get 5lbs of dogs from the wifes work. I divide them into freezer bags, 2-4-6 to a bag. Its ez to pull 2 out for lunch or when kid sitting. I don’t notice any appreciable difference in taste/texture but then I’m one of the neanderthals who can pull a chunk of mastadon from the deep reaches of the freezer (or last years venison roast)
