My vote goes to the White Mana diner, in Jersey City NJ, on Tonelle Ave. They’ve got you, and they know it: the burgers are so unique (blow White Castle out of the water)but the loyal clientele continues to return to absorb the abuse the countermen regularly dole out if you are hesitant about your order. I have even dined there during lag times, and the treatment is still the same. Since moving to South Jersey, I’ve really missed that place!
