Then brew them according to the original recipes using only top-quality ingredients and package and advertise them with the original logos and insignia.
Here’s the key: in the brand’s home area, it’s available year-round. Everywhere else in the country, you make a few runs, enough to make it last about three months. Then three months later, a different run of a different old beer. Repeat.
