I used to own a 125+ year old farmhouse in rural NE Indiana. After purchasing it I found out that over the years no less than 6 people had passed away inside the house at various times from various causes ( one shotgun suicide ). Nobody told me a thing before buying the place.

Never saw any ghosts, so no problem.
