I can tell you "DO NOT BUY THE WILLY CART" I bought a new one from him. I drove to Canada and picked it up and I did nothing but work on it after that. The plumbing is very bad, I replaced all of it and the steam table is only 3/4 size. You will not be able to put a water pan in it so you have direct fire right under the pans holding the food. The fresh water tank always leaked too.
