Hillbilly, I sure do hope they reopen Uglesich’s. That was my favorite place in the big easy. The last I heard before Katrina was they were going to retire and close the restaurant.

I enjoyed everything they had on the menu. I always got there early to avoid the lines. Even then I had to wait. What a restaurant!
