I must confess to considering the place before deciding the doneness. I have two places in Charlottte that grind the beef each morning…"I’ll have that burger wounded, good vet could bring it back, please"
Other end of the scale would be fast food where they won’t even sell it until it’s grey. Just remember the few people who died from undone meat at a Jack in the Box.
