One question…When I have gone into some restaurants and asked for my burger medium rare, I have been told, (by the waitress) that is it ILLEGAL to cook a burger medium rare. I do not know of any LAW that has been passed that says a restaurant HAS to cook its meat to a certain degree of doneness. Can anyone clairify this or point out a SPECIFIC law that states this in ANY state.
