Burger’s medium rare please. Steaks and prime rib rare. There is no meat except a fried pork chop or cube steak that I like well done. That because of an Indiana farm grandmother. I even like bacon somewhat floppy. Most fish is better somewhat underdone. Tuna steak is ruined to me above rare. Salmon too! Raw is fine too.
