Baileysoriginal,she has a KitchenAid mixer…Those mixers are heavy duty ! I have two KitchenAid stand mixers and I can tell you they are grand work horse appliances…I have a 27 yr.old almond one and another Pink one that my husband surprised me with not too long ago…They mix and knead the stiffest bread doughs and the heaviest batters…All that power is wonderful when making pound cake batters and candies like divinity …..
