They still make colored marshmallows, although I’ve only seen them mini-sized.

I think they are all "marshmallow" flavor, unless otherwise specified on the package.
I recently bought some "gourmet" marshmallows that came in a variety of flavors – French Vanilla, Espresso, Strawberry, and Chocolate.

The only readily-available flavored "marshmallows" I’ve seen lately have been in breakfast cereals.
