I will watch you take a big chomp out of a spicy pig ear, and if it doesn’t turn out to be a chewy, gelatinous mouthful of indigestible gristle, I might take a tiny nibble big enough to fit on the head of a pin.  There’s a reason they sell those things at pet shops as chew toys for dogs ya know.
