Egyptian crayfish (!??!!)
I’ve had fresh crayfish in NOLA. This stuff does not compare to that, but the NOLA looking package of frozen crawfish that they are selling at WalMart is darn good. They are as big as small lobsters (there is meat in the claws), and cook up quick. They are actually pre cooked, you just heat and eat.
