A couple thoughts;

Costco carries rib roasts year round but only during "The Holidays" do they carry bone in/on roast. I try to buy 2 or 3 of these for the freezer, especially this year since I now have the vacumn packing food saver to use. My birthday is in March and I usually buy a fresh boneless roast and a couple lbs of shrimp then. jeez, I love Costco.

I don’t like Outback for prime rib but I do like them for ribeye steak. I almost always prefer to do ribeyes at home on the grill but sometimes you just gotta go out.

Beef, it’s whats for dinner.
