The example pictured on the front page does seem rather fatty. We have a local place that does an excellent prime rib. If you order the king cut you get the big bone with more of the fat, queen cut less fat and no bone. My favorite meal is rare prime rib with the salt shaker and some horseradish. Don t forget the red wine and vodka not in the same glass.
