Prime rib is by far my favorite meat. I love it rare with a baked potato and salad. Recently I have had a difficult getting it rare at my local Longhorn. They make the excuse that they are having issues with making sure that the meat temperature is at a certain level. Has anyone else run into this problem or do they just not want to prepare prime rib rare.
