Why don’t we start here: almost no one gets prime rib. If you’re paying less than, at a guess, $35-$40 (NYC prices, do your own extrapolation) for an order, a la carte, rest assured that you’re not getting prime rib. Say what you will; unless you can show me the USDA Prime stamp on the fat, you’re whistling in the wind.
