BTW a couple more bit the dust, but I think the folks are beginning to understand the concept of courtesy to others.
I will comment on Adjudicators comment about Prime Rib being a dish selected by "More mature" consumers than some of the younger set. I do believe this is true, but have no stats to back up my thoughts. Maybe the lowering of the standard to call lots of standing rib roasts Prime…as pointed out in a couple of the posts above could cause that. Or maybe it is the cut-back in red meat dishes in some restaurants that appeal to the younger diners… Any thoughts on this?
