All I can contribute is that I love prime rib, or what passes for it at various restaurants, Outback included. For Christmas dinner, I may get a standing rib roast although they are quite expensive, as others have noted. Done right, yes, prime rib is like "buttah," I kid you not. [:)]

As to what constitutes a highball cocktail, I believe it is whiskey and ginger ale, although that may be wrong. [:D]
