I too must admit that Prime Rib wasn’t my favorite cut for many years, I always favored a rib-eye or possibly a sirloin. Well that was until I found the Amber House in Charlotte, NC. Owned by several greek fellas that know what cooking Prime Rib is all about.

The temperature, texture and taste were perfect. The thick slab of juicy indulgence was seasoned perfectly, hints of pepper, salt, maybe some lime and other flavorings. Not having Prime Rib in a while and with the high quality of this offering I was soon in an orgasamic pleasure.

My wife reported that my eyes soon rolled back into my head and that with each delectable bite I was moaning and making caveman like gutteral sounds.

Prime Rib was quickly added to my list of favorites
