In my uncles bar, a highball was ALWAYS with ginger ale, on ice—and most folks prefered CC–it was definately THE prefered drink of most of my folks pals—although a CC&7 ran a close second! As for prime rib—i have had some true Prime that was great and some that was a big disapointment–WAY to fatty===and i have also had some excellent Prime rib that was actually grade choice and tasted just fine! Alot of it is a factor of who raised it and what they finished it with feed wise.
