Prime grade or not Outback isn’t the place for Prime Rib. Most chain places aren’t either. Hopefully you have access to a "local" American food rest. or quality steak house.

I’ve enjoyed many a prime rib meal since I was 10 or 11 years old. My mom managed a large food distributor in Fresno for many years and always had an "IN" at any resteraunt in the valley, we ate out once or twice a week on the company.

Now a days I buy a standing rib roast, usually at Costco, and roast it in the BBQ using oak or hickory wood a few times a year. The potatoes get roasted here as well and corn on the cob when available.

Hummm, I know what dinner will be Saturday night [:)]
