The reports I heard didn’t consider this a debate. It was a "forum" specifically created by Univision for the Republicans to have an opportunity to address Latin-American issues.

I’m sure most of the Republican candidates don’t want the bulk of their established constituents to understand what they’re saying to drum up votes among non-English speakers. I expect they had a real intelligent discussion of immigration reform. [}:)]
