At home, for the most part, I pour some beer in the pot (cooking), and toss in some Kogels Natural Casing all beef dogs… Just cant get enough of them this way… Now time permitting, I like tossing them on the cool side of the grill with plenty of hickory smoke rolling around. Finish them off on the hot side..
