peeled, boiled red potatoes, have to be cut in fairly large chunks, chopped onion, green onion, celery, hard boiled eggs, Hellman’s mayo, salt, peppper, and probably too regional, but a few drops of Steen’s cane vinegar, if not available, then a little yellow mustard.
