THAT’s how my father made them: with MASHED potatoes!!! I remember he would use the hand mixer and add salt and pepper and I don’t know what else, maybe milk and an egg fry them in oil. I have some potatoes that are almost getting old so I think I’ll TRY and make them tomorrow! yay!
