Being from Baltimore, I don’t eat my crabcakes on bread but rather served with crackers on the side. Therefore I didn’t say crabcakes. Since I’ve been down here in Coastal NC I have become addicted to shrimpburgers (which we all know is not really a burger but fried shrimp on a roll with slaw & "ketchup")!!
