One of Po Folks founders recently tried starting up a new restaurant concept here in Nashville called Rooster’s. It lasted about 2 months. He put more money remodelling an old Shoney’s than he spent on preparing good food. Actually, the food wasn’t bad but they tried to push the "concept" so hard that it was annoying. Plus their cornbread sucked. That can’t be good for a country cooking restaurant.
