Did forget a couple. There’s one of the few remaining Dog n Suds on US 36 (Avon). It should be opening again soon. They’re seasonal. Homemade root beer, coneys, fries….mmmmm. In the same vein, if you’re in Plainfield, you aren’t too far (probably 15-20 minute drive max) from Mug and Bun, which has been reviewed here. It’s on West 10th Street. Great place, classic roadfood, highly recommend the tenderloins and onion rings.
