Somehow I can’t imagine an organ in a pizza parlor. The organ with which I am most familiar still resides in the theater where it was originally installed–San Francisco’s Castro Theater–and it fills the space on either side of the stage. It wouldn’t fit in any pizza parlor I’ve ever been in.
