You’re assuming that "every small town has a local mon and pop Italian restaurant" – Hell, we don’t even have many Italians here in Kansas, let alone local mom & pop Italian restaurants. The WASPS here don’t know the difference between Pizza Hut/Olive Garden "Eyetalian" food and the real thing. Luckily, this Mick’s stepdad back in New York was first generation Itailan and taught me to make it myself.

So, are you saying that Paisano’s Ristorante and Constantino’s Italian Restaurant are not good?
